HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY

At UltimateCartParts.com we want you to have the right item for the job. When it's not right we want to help you get what you need.

If a product arrives damaged, send us the details along with a few photos (of the packaging as well as the damaged product) and we'll take care of it for you. You'll never have to pay for return shipping on damaged goods. If a product is shipped via freight it's very important to note that damage with the freight company upon arrived, then notify us.

So what about regular returns? We offer 30 days for regular returns. And while most of our orders are shipped to you for free we do ask that you pay return shipping when sending back non-damaged/non-defective products. Those returns include:

- Non-defective or un-damaged items.
- Items you ordered but no longer want or need.

If you are not absolutely sure that a part will work with your cart please contact us before orders. The best way to do that is via email, including your cart brand, model and year along with any other particulars that could come into play. We'll be happy to help.

Return Procedure

Returning a product is easy. Email us your order number and item number(s) that you wish to return at: info@ultimatecartparts.com. We will issue a Return Authorization Number within 48-72 hours along with return shipping information. Please read policies below before requesting an RMA.

Important Notes

It's important that you keep your original packaging. Items returned must be in original packaging, instructions and accessories originally included, along with the item being in resaleable, new condition. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items returned once received by the warehouse.

Onboard computers, motors and electronics (including lithium batteries) are not returnable.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee (18%).

Items that are discontinued, custom-made products (including Doorworks Enclosures and Dekomat products) or no longer available are not eligible for returns.

We cannot accept returns outside 30 days from date of order.

All original packaging, accessories and instructions must be returned with items.

All returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA. Returns sent to any other address will not be refunded or credited.

We are not responsible for incorrect items ordered by yourself. We are also not responsible for cancellations requested following orders being placed. Return policies become effective once an order has been placed.

Custom items are not returnable or cancellable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

All damage or defects (including missing parts or pieces) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or your request can be denied.

When reporting damage we require photos of packaging and product damage.

Battery chargers, outside of 30 days, are under manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned.

Lights & Light Returns

All light products are tested upon return to confirm they work and can be resold. Those found to not be in resaleable condition cannot be refunded.

Lighting product returns must include all pieces, wires, and instructions. Any return found to be missing pieces will not be refunded.

Paypal Refund Policy

In 2019 Paypal instituted an unpopular policy of not refunding transaction fees on order refunds. Like credit card payments Paypal charges merchants a transaction fee. Unlike credit cards, however, Paypal keeps those transaction fees if an order is refunded. If an Paypal-paid order for $2000 is cancelled, for instance, approximately 3% is kept by Paypal (hypothetically, 3% of $2,000 is $60).

For that reason, orders paid for by Paypal will incur a 3% charge on refunds which is a direct pass-through of our charges. We do not wish to do this but we have no choice.

To avoid this possibility you can pay via credit card or via Amazon Pay, neither of which charge this transaction fee upon refunds. As a reminder, your order is protected through our participation in the BuySafe protection program.

New Golf Carts

Ultimate Golf Cart EV golf carts are vehicles and as such are non-returnable. All sales are final. Each cart is given a two year factory warranty where any potential issues are handled through replacement parts and/or labor. Contact 612-276-6912 with questions.
