Returns for Refund/Credit (14 Day)
Products are returnable with a pre-authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, Within 14 days of receipt of items. In order to return an item, the customer must email for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and the item needs to be in like new condition in original packaging. Only returns with an authorized RMA number displayed on the label will be accepted by our receiving department. Products returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. To determine if your product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact us. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Return Material Authorization number is not a GUARANTEE of Credit.
Shipping charges are refundable only in the event of a defect or an error on our part. All returned parts must be shipped pre-paid. No COD packages will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any parts or accessories with signs of damage or installation error will not be refunded, exchanged or credited to you.
Once we receive the return, we will then promptly issue a credit or refund. There are no cash refunds and credit refunds will only be issued to the card or account of the original purchase
Electrical components and "made to order" products are non-returnable.
If your package arrives damaged, report it to the Carrier immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but the item inside has been damaged during transit, you have three (3) business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report. Product Shortages must be reported to Ultimate Cart Parts within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise

- Under My Account you will see "Track Your Recent Orders". Find the order that you'd like to return and click "View Details".
- On the right side of the page click "Add New RMA".
- Under "Returns" on the right side complete the pull down under "Returned".
- Complete the form along with any details about the return.
All returns must be returned in resaleable condition. Refunds minus shipping and restocking fees will be refunded once we receive word from the warehouse that the product has been returned and accepted.

Any items ordered that are not listed in our catalog or E-commerce site are determined as Special Order items. All Special Order items are NON-RETURNABLE. Other non-returnable items are aerosol cans, electrical items, hardware, manuals, custom products and batteries.
At Ultimate Cart Parts , we stands behind all the parts we sell. Our parts are guaranteed from manufacturing defects based on the OEM specification for a period of one year from the date of purchase. (Rebuilt parts generally have a 90-day to 1 year warranty depending on product). Any costs due to installation, service calls, personal and material harm and or other alleged damages will not be the liability of Ultimate Cart Parts. Electrical parts are not returnable once installed or connected to a power supply. This includes, but is not limited to speed controllers, motors and all switches, solenoids, and/or any part that contains electronic circuitry. We extend no warranty on electrical or electronic components beyond the manufacture's own written factory warranty.
